Position Title - Sr.GM-Sales

Department - Real Estate

Reports To - Vice President

Location - Adarsh Complex , Sarojini nagar ,Kanpur Road , Lucknow

Position Summary

The General Manager Real Estate is responsible for leading and managing the overall business operations of the real estate division. This includes strategic planning, project execution, sales and marketing oversight, business development, financial performance, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. The role requires driving profitability while ensuring timely delivery of projects and maintaining high standards of quality and governance.Team handling & Admin experience.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement business strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.
- Identify current business opportunities, market trends, and investment prospects.
- Prepare annual business plans, budgets, and growth strategies.
- Drive organizational performance and operational excellence.

Project Management
- Oversee the planning, execution,



and delivery of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Sales & Marketing
- Lead the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop pricing strategies and sales plans.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory movement, and customer acquisition.
- Strengthen the company's brand positioning in the market.

Business Development
- Identify land acquisition opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct feasibility studies and market assessments.
- Build relationships with investors, developers, government authorities, and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate high-value commercial agreements and joint ventures.
