Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Project Civil to join our project team at Sector 90, Gurugram. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in high-rise building construction, RCC structural works, finishing works and PEB construction.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, progress monitoring and ensuring construction activities are completed safely and within the project schedule.

Technical Skills Required
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in civil construction/project execution.
- Robust knowledge of RCC structure work.
- Good exposure to high-rise building construction.
- Knowledge of construction methodology and site execution.
- Experience in finishing works.
- Knowledge of PEB structures and related civil works.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD / Civil 2D.
- Ability to understand and interpret structural, architectural and civil drawings.
- Good contractor and manpower management skills.
- Strong coordination,



communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day civil construction and site execution activities.
- Handle RCC structural works including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, foundations, etc.
- Experience in high-rise building construction is essential.
- Supervise civil finishing works including plaster, flooring, tiling, waterproofing, painting, façade and other finishing activities.
- Coordinate and supervise PEB-related civil and structural works.
- Read and interpret architectural, structural and civil drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
- Monitor manpower, material utilization and contractor productivity.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
