Role Description




The Senior Engineer will lead and oversee on-site engineering activities for wind and renewable EPC projects in Gadag in a full-time capacity. This role involves planning and executing Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical workstreams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols. The Senior Engineer will coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues, optimize resources, and maintain timelines. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and technical documents, conducting site inspections, preparing reports, and supporting testing, commissioning, and handover of project deliverables. The role also includes mentoring junior engineers, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to best practices aligned with Sangreen’s QHSE framework.
