Job Role: Service Engineer

Job Description
- Install and commission life science products and instruments at customer locations.
- Perform commissioning activities and ensure proper functioning of installed equipment.
- Prepare and maintain Qualification, IQ/OQ, and GMP documentation as per requirements.
- Provide service and repair support for life science instruments and equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Generate revenue through spare parts sales and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services.
- Perform instrument calibration and ensure equipment accuracy and reliability.
- Provide customer training on equipment operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain strong and skilled customer relationships.
- Provide timely technical support and assistance to customers.




- Diagnose equipment issues and implement appropriate service solutions.
- Maintain service reports, documentation, and records of customer visits and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, service requirements, and technical issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective technical support.
