We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expansion for our QSR business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the QSR, food & beverage, retail, hospitality, or similar consumer-facing industry, with a proven ability to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, evaluating potential locations/markets, building partnerships, and supporting the company's expansion strategy.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to support company growth and expansion.
- Develop and execute business development strategies in line with company objectives.
- Identify potential markets, locations, malls, high-street properties, corporate spaces, and other relevant business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, mall management teams, property owners, franchise partners, and other stakeholders.




- Generate leads, conduct negotiations, and convert opportunities into successful business partnerships.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial proposals for potential partners.

QSR Expansion & Location Strategy
- Identify and evaluate potential locations for recent QSR outlets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to assess business potential.
- Analyse factors such as footfall, catchment area, demographics, rentals, competition, accessibility, and sales potential.
- Coordinate with internal teams for site evaluation, feasibility studies, and new store openings.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential sites and provide regular updates on expansion opportunities.

Commercial & Negotiation
- Negotiate commercial terms, rentals, revenue-sharing models, lease terms, and other agreements with business partners.
