We are looking for a detail-oriented Cost Executive to monitor sales expenses, verify claims, analyze costs, and prepare MIS reports. The role will ensure proper cost control and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and verify branch and sales-related expenses.
- Check bills, vouchers, approvals and supporting documents.
- Track transportation, fuel, distribution, schemes, discounts and incentives.
- Reconcile expenses with sales reports, ERP and accounts records.
- Analyze budget vs. actual sales costs and identify variances.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales cost/MIS reports.
- Monitor branch-wise, route-wise and channel-wise distribution costs.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, HR and Branch teams.




- Ensure proper authorization and documentation of expenses.
- Support audits and report unusual or unauthorized expenses.

Requirements
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.
- Experience: 1–3 years in Finance, MIS, Cost Control or Sales Accounting.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
