Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support daily HR operations and employee coordination activities. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, communicative, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Required Languages:

- Tamil (mandatory)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and employee documentation
- Coordinate with employees for attendance, onboarding, and general HR queries
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to collect feedback on product usage and overall experience.
- Gather feedback regarding product usability, performance, reliability, and ease of use.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions.




- Assist in internal communication and HR reporting tasks

Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / HR tools)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Preferred Attributes:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
