- Conduct regular assessments, assignments, tests and remedial sessions.

- Provide individual guidance and academic support to students.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, grades and academic progress.
- Encourage students to participate in debates, public speaking, literary activities, writing competitions and other English-related activities.
- Use appropriate technology and innovative teaching methodologies to enhance classroom learning.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive,



respectful learning workplace.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress whenever required.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and the academic leadership team.
- Participate actively in school assemblies, events, examinations, workshops, meetings and co-curricular activities.
- Contribute to the development of worksheets, question papers, study material and other academic resources.
- Follow all school policies, CBSE guidelines and academic procedures.
