Job Purpose

We are looking for a Lead Product Engineer with proven Deep Learning experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Multimodal Models, who will be an integral team member in designing, innovating, and building cutting-edge Deep Learning products.

The candidate will work with other product developers while collaborating with the Sales and Marketing teams throughout the product development lifecycle. The role requires the ability to guide, mentor, and lead the team, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
Individual Responsibilities

1. 6–9 years of hands-on AI/ML Engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a Technical Lead or Senior IC role.
2. Strong foundation across the AI stack, including Classical AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs, Model Development, Inference Optimization, MLOps, and Deployment Pipelines.
3. Experience with Edge AI or memory-constrained deployment environments, particularly in automotive, industrial, or embedded systems.
4. Proficiency in Computer Vision pipelines, including detection, classification,



segmentation, and tracking.
5. Solid proficiency in Python, with working knowledge of C/C++ for performance-critical components.
6. Hands-on experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent.
7. Familiarity with inference runtimes including TensorRT, ONNX, OpenVINO, or TFLite.
8. Ability to own delivery end-to-end, from requirements gathering through deployment and monitoring.
9. Experience with MLOps practices, including experiment tracking, model versioning, and CI/CD for ML pipelines.
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief customers and prepare clear, concise technical documentation.
