We are looking for a
creative, market-driven, and commercially oriented Product Development Manager
to lead the end-to-end development of innovative consumer products across
Soft Toys, Gifting & Novelty Products, 3D-Printed Products, and Collectibles
.

? Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify
consumer trends, customer preferences, and competitor products
.
- Identify and develop new product concepts aligned with market demand and business objectives.
- Lead the product development cycle from
concept → design → prototype → sampling → production → launch
.
- Work closely with
design, sourcing, production, marketing, sales, and vendors
to execute products successfully.
- Develop product specifications, coordinate prototypes, and manage sample approvals.
- Handle
product costing, vendor coordination, timelines, quality, and commercial feasibility
.
- Ensure products meet applicable
quality, safety, and compliance requirements
.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on market feedback.

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

- Merchandise / Licensed Merchandise
- Kids' Products

✅ Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of experience in
Product Development / NPD / Consumer Product Development
.
- Hands-on experience in developing
physical consumer products
from concept to commercialization.
- Strong understanding of
market research, product costing, sampling, sourcing, and vendor management
.
- Valuable project management, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Creative mindset with strong understanding of
product trends and customer preferences
.
