Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture to lead the development of a web portal and mobile application for pension and perks administration.
This role collaborates closely with the development team, participates actively in solution design, gathers requirements, and drives the technical execution from concept to delivery.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in .NET Core, C#, Azure Kubernetes, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, API-driven architectures, and modern front-end JS technologies

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership
- Lead technical architecture, design, and development for the pension administration web and mobile platforms.
- Provide hands-on development support in backend services, REST APIs, gRPC services,



and frontend components when required.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
- Conduct architectural reviews, design reviews, and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Guide the team in performance optimization, security best practices, and application scalability.

2. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead a cross-functional team of backend, frontend, and full-stack developers.
- Collaborate daily with developers, product owners, UX designers, and QA to ensure smooth sprint execution.
- Mentor engineers, conduct technical training, and promote best coding practices.
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.

3. Requirement Gathering & Stakeholder Management
- Work with product managers, business users, SMEs, and stakeholders to understand functional and non-functional requirements.
