We are expanding our team and are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant who can manage financial records, ensure accurate bookkeeping, and support the company’s financial operations.

What You’ll Work On

Accounting & Financial Management
- Maintain and update daily financial records, including sales, expenses, and payments.- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.- Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and maintain proper financial documentation.

E-commerce Accounting & Reconciliation




- Manage accounting for e-commerce sales and transactions across marketplaces and the company's own website.
- Reconcile payment gateways, marketplace settlements, COD collections, online payments, refunds, returns, cancellations, and chargebacks.
- Track daily/weekly/monthly sales and settlement reports.
- Reconcile e-commerce orders with invoices, payment settlements, and accounting records.
- Identify discrepancies in payments, settlements, refunds, or transaction records and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with operations, e-commerce, and customer support teams wherever required for financial reconciliation.

Financial Reporting
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.- Support the preparation of profit & loss statements and balance sheets.- Maintain accurate records for audits and financial reviews.

Tax & Compliance Support
- Assist with GST and TDS filings and ensure compliance with financial regulations.- Maintain tax records and coor
