Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented
Project Lead
to oversee the end-to-end execution of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project schedules, mitigating risks, and driving operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.





Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution
- Lead and manage the complete project lifecycle from planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved within approved timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays and risks.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and quality functions.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance management to project team members.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and senior management.
- Conduct regular review meetings and communicate project
