Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily order processing, picking, packing, QC, personalization and dispatch.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely processing and fulfilment.
- Coordinate with Logistics and internal teams for smooth and timely dispatch.
- Ensure order accuracy, product quality and proper packaging before dispatch.
- Handle cancellations, returns, replacements and other order-related issues.
- Maintain accurate order trackers, reports and operational records.
- Support inventory checks and highlight stock discrepancies.
- Follow company SOPs and ensure compliance with quality and operational standards.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational issues and avoid delays.
- Maintain proper documentation and provide regular updates on pending activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
