Key Responsibilities:
Product & Catalogue Management
- Own and optimize product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Ensure catalogue accuracy, SEO optimization, content quality, images, pricing, and product attributes.
- Drive catalogue expansion, new product launches, and marketplace onboarding.
- Monitor and resolve listing issues, suppressions, content errors, and marketplace compliance concerns.
Sales & Marketplace Performance
- Own marketplace sales, revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Monitor key metrics such as GMV, conversion rate, ASP, traffic, returns, ratings, and seller performance.
- Identify growth opportunities through assortment, pricing, promotions, visibility, and competitive analysis.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve marketplace rankings, sales, and market share.
Marketplace Advertising & Promotions
- Plan and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms.
- Monitor ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, campaign performance, and advertising budgets.
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals, offers, and visibility campaigns to drive sales.
Inventory & Order Management
- Monitor inventory availability and ensure optimal stock levels across marketplaces.
