We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to support both HR and day-to-day business operations. The role involves recruitment, employee coordination, administration, documentation, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Support employee communication, engagement activities, and day-to-day HR requirements.
- Assist with daily operational and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain operational records, trackers, reports, and databases.
- Support documentation and improvement of internal processes.
- Assist with vendor, procurement, logistics, or other administrative requirements when needed.
- Handle employee and company information with confidentiality and professionalism.




- Support management and teams with other HR and operational tasks as required.

Requirements
- Degree or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Operations, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
