Senior Sales Executive – Admissions

About the Role

ARKA JAIN University is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive for our Deoghar location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, managing tele-sales activities, building institutional networks, and conducting outreach programs such as seminars and B2B meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive student admissions through effective counselling, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Handle tele-sales: outbound calls, lead follow-up, maintaining daily productivity, and achieving targets.
- Conduct B2B meetings with schools, coaching centres, consultants, and corporate partners to strengthen admissions pipeline.
- Plan and conduct seminars, career counselling sessions, and promotional activities in schools and colleges.
- Build and maintain a strong network with key stakeholders to generate consistent leads.
- Maintain daily reports, track performance, and ensure all processes are followed as per university standards.




- Support marketing and field activities to enhance brand visibility.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Admissions, Tele-sales, or Education Industry (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel locally for meetings and seminars.
- Good networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM usage.
