Role Overview

We are seeking a
client-facing International Voice Process Executive with 2 to 6 years of experience
who can effectively interact with global clients and deliver a superior customer experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle customer interactions with empathy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients (US/UK/AU regions) via voice calls
- Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions with professionalism and clarity
- Understand client requirements and provide accurate, timely resolutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) through quality service




- Build and maintain robust client relationships through effective communication
- Document customer interactions and updates in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed defined performance metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT, QA scores)
- Identify opportunities for process improvement or upselling (if applicable)
- Escalate critical or unresolved issues to appropriate teams

Required Skills
- Excellent spoken English with neutral/global accent
- Strong client-handling and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage difficult conversations professionally
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in night/rotational shifts

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Mandatory -2 to 6 years of experience
