Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls within the US Healthcare process.
- Perform insurance verification and perks investigation.
- Manage patient enrollment and support services.
- Process patient applications and eligibility verification.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, patients, and specialty pharmacies.
- Support patient care and reimbursement programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and case records.
What We Are Looking For
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a US Healthcare Voice Process.
- Experience handling inbound healthcare calls.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems and applications.
