AVP Sales (Colocation & Hyperscale Services)

Role Overview

Forward-thinking and strategic sales leader required to build and scale SEGNOLs enterprise and hyperscale revenue pipeline. The AVP Sales will lead engagement with enterprise IT decision-makers, cloud providers, GCCs, BFSI, telcos, and global system integrators to drive

demand generation, commercial conversion, and long-term MoUs/SLA commitments for SEGNOLs data center services.

Role Objective

The AVP Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for colocation, cloud-interconnect, and hyperscale services; owning sales revenue, customer acquisition, and contract closures aligned to annual targets and long-term strategic account

growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & GTM Leadership
- Define and execute a go-to-market strategy for colocation, white space, connectivity, and managed services.




- Develop ICP maps for hyperscale's, GCCs, BFSI, cloud service providers, ISPs, and enterprises.
- Build differentiated value propositions for high-value accounts, tailored to workload,latency, and compliance needs.

2. Demand Generation & Pipeline Management
- Lead proactive prospecting through outbound & inbound channels, industry events, and partner networks.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and stage-wise progress visibility in CRM.
- Drive structured pipeline reviews and forecast conversations with senior leadership.

3. Enterprise Engagement & Contract Negotiation
- Engage with senior stakeholders (C-suite, CTOs, IT Heads) to understand needs and position SEGNOLs offerings.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract closures, pricing frameworks, and SLA agreements.
- Partner with legal, technical, and delivery teams to align commercial terms with operational feasibility.
