Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Engineer (Civil) with experience in construction project billing, quantity verification and client/contractor billing processes. The candidate will be responsible for preparing RA bills, subcontractor bills and coordinating with project and accounts teams for timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and submission of RA (Running Account) bills to clients.
- Verification and certification of subcontractor bills.
- Quantity take-off from drawings and site measurements.
- Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and rate analysis.
- Coordination with site engineers for measurement records.
- Reconciliation of materials and quantities.
- Maintaining billing registers and documentation.
- Follow-up with clients for bill approvals and payments.
- Variation and extra item billing as per contract terms.

Required Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in high-rise building / infrastructure projects.
