We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Engineer – QC (Electronics) to join our Quality Control team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes of electronic components and systems within our products. This role involves testing, inspection, and adherence to quality protocols to ensure that our electronics meet specified requirements and industry standards and Validation of the quality of incoming parts and components, ensure they are with the preferred standards. Reduction of customer complaints.
Roles and Responsibilities
1) Inspection of incoming material quality.
2) Preparation of testing data and quality MIS reports.
3) Attending Line complaints and resolving in co-ordination with supplier and production department.
4) Work with cross functional teams to meet up customer requirement.
5) Preparation of Current product development records.
6) Implementation and validation of 8D and CAR.
7) Involvement in TPM activities.
8) Inventory management.
