Job Description - Planning Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager to oversee project planning, progress monitoring, coordination, and reporting across construction projects. The role will involve close coordination with site teams and internal departments to ensure timely execution, resolution of project requirements, and smooth project progress.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, monitor, and update project construction schedules using MS Project in coordination with site and project management teams.
- Prepare and monitor project cash flow and fund requirements in coordination with the teams concerned.
- Coordinate with Site, Project Management, Procurement, Billing & Accounts teams to track project progress and resolve dependencies.
- Follow up with the Billing team on payments, certifications, and outstanding requirements to support project cash flow.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Design, and Architect teams for drawings, design releases, and resolution of technical issues.
- Prepare and monitor tender event schedules,



ensuring key activities and timelines are tracked.
- Coordinate and follow up on site requirements including materials, drawings, approvals, and other project-related dependencies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports, MIS, MOMs, look-ahead schedules, and delay/deviation reports for management review.
- Monitor actual progress against planned schedules and highlight delays, critical activities, and corrective actions.
- Support management with project planning, budget monitoring, coordination, cash flow management, progress analysis, and timely reporting.
- Conduct regular coordination meetings with site and internal teams and ensure timely closure of action points.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Solid knowledge of construction planning and project coordination
- Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office
- Good understanding of real estate construction processes
- Strong coordination and follow-
