Role Description
The Financial Accountant is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements. Day-to-day tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders. The Financial Accountant will reconcile accounts,



support month-end and year-end close processes, and monitor compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies. The role also involves working with accounting software, supporting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support decision-making.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Financial Statements, with the ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret key reports.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and Financial Reporting, including experience generating accurate and timely financial summaries.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to identify variances, trends, and opportunities for process and cost improvements.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, taxation basics, and compliance requirements.
