We are seeking a energetic, strategic, and performance-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and expand our business footprint across the South-East India zone. This role requires a passionate professional with a strong understanding of pharma manufacturing equipment, goods processing machinery, and custom-engineered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership (Outbound & Inbound)
- Drive revenue growth across the South-East region by identifying and developing new business opportunities in pharma, food,



goods manufacturing, and related industries.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, technical discussions, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
- Convert inbound inquiries into qualified opportunities and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to penetrate new accounts and expand regional market share.

Market Development & Strategy
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Monitor competitor movement, pricing trends, and technology developments.
- Identify emerging markets and customer segments for standard and customized machinery solutions.

Customer & Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and channel partners.
- Conduct client visits, machinery presentations, technical demos, and on-site requirement studies.
