Role Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Channel Partner professional to manage and develop relationships with real estate channel partners, brokers, and property consultants. The role will be responsible for driving sales through the channel partner network, expanding partner relationships, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and develop new Channel Partners / Property Consultants / Brokers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners and ensure regular business engagement.
- Generate sales leads and drive site visits through the channel partner network.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and project briefings for channel partners.
- Communicate project details, pricing,



offers, inventory, and promotions effectively.
- Motivate channel partners to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track channel partner performance, lead generation, site visits, bookings, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal Sales, CRM, Marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth closure.
- Conduct channel partner meets, training sessions, and project launches.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the channel partner network.
- Monitor competitor projects, pricing, offers, and market activities.
- Prepare regular reports on channel partner performance and sales pipeline.

Candidate Profile:
- 2–8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Channel Sales / Channel Partner Management.
- Experience in residential real estate is preferred.
- Strong network of brokers, property consultants, and channel partners will be an advantage.
