Position : Marketing Head

Position Summary :

The Marketing Head will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy, portfolio growth, brand performance, and lifecycle management of the Gastroenterology business. The role will drive market leadership through strategic planning, customer-centric initiatives, recent product launches, and effective cross-functional collaboration while ensuring achievement of business objectives and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the portfolio in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead brand planning, portfolio management, and lifecycle strategies to maximize market share, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Drive annual marketing plans, product positioning, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, therapy trends, unmet patient needs, and competitive threats within the Gastroenterology segment.
- Lead new product planning, launch readiness, and commercialization strategies for pipeline products.




- Analyze prescription trends, market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer insights to formulate effective business strategies.
- Partner closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Training, Market Research, and Commercial Excellence teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Develop scientific and promotional communication strategies targeted at Gastroenterologists, Physicians, and other key healthcare professionals.
- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), medical experts, and external stakeholders to strengthen brand advocacy and scientific leadership.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure optimal return on investment for all promotional activities.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, omnichannel engagement strategies, and innovative customer outreach programs.
