We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 2–4 years of experience working with D2C brands, especially in Fashion, Beauty & Skincare.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Plan, execute & optimize performance marketing campaigns
- Manage Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
- Drive customer acquisition, conversions & revenue
- Monitor ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM & other key metrics
- Conduct audience, creative & campaign-level testing
- Analyze performance data and implement growth strategies
- Work closely with the creative & marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives

What We’re Looking For:

2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
Prior experience with D2C Fashion, Beauty or Skincare brands is a must
Strong understanding of Meta & Google Ads
Data-driven mindset with a solid understanding of performance metrics
Ability to scale campaigns while maintaining profitability

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
