Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven
Business Development Specialist
with a strong focus on both
offshore IT staff augmentation and domestic IT staffing business opportunities
.

The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, develop, and close opportunities where companies require
skilled IT professionals from India
, either for
offshore delivery models or domestic onsite/remote staffing requirements
.

The ideal candidate will actively target organizations looking to:
- Build or scale offshore development teams




- Hire domestic IT talent within India
- Extend engineering teams through flexible staffing models
- Fill critical skill gaps in technology teams
- Engage contract, contract-to-hire, or permanent IT resources

This role involves end-to-end business development including lead generation, prospecting, client engagement, requirement understanding, and converting opportunities into successful
staffing contracts and long-term client partnerships
