We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Course Counsellor to promote and counsel students/professionals for our AI Courses. The candidate will be responsible for understanding learners’ career goals, explaining course advantages, addressing queries, and converting leads into enrolments.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students’ educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.
- Explain AI course curriculum, duration, fees, certifications, projects, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students on how AI skills can support their career growth or transition.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Handle objections related to fees, course duration, career outcomes, and competition.
- Convert qualified leads into successful course enrolments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly counselling and admission targets.




- Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
- Stay updated about AI industry trends and the courses being offered.

- B.Tech in Computer Science / Computer Engineering
