Job Description
Magna Metal & Mill Stores is hiring a Pump & Technical Sales Executive to handle technical and commercial enquiries for pumps, motors and related equipment.
The candidate should be able to understand customer applications and assist in selecting appropriate pump models rather than only handling generic sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries for pumps, motors and related products.
- Understand customer applications and technical requirements.
- Identify requirements such as flow, head, pressure and operating conditions.
- Recommend appropriate pump models and alternatives.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations.
- Handle enquiries from contractors, industries, OEMs, institutions and retail customers.
- Follow up quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
- Coordinate with pump manufacturers for technical selection where required.
- Compare available models and recommend appropriate options.
- Maintain knowledge of pump specifications,
ranges and applications.
- Develop new pump customers.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Provide basic pre-sales technical assistance.
- Coordinate order processing and dispatch.

Candidate Preference
