We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to join our Events & Exhibitions team. The candidate will be responsible for driving exhibitor, sponsor and strategic partner sales for our upcoming exhibitions, expos, conferences and business events.

The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales and client acquisition skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and the confidence to approach companies, pitch event participation opportunities and convert leads into exhibitors, sponsors and partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential exhibitors, sponsors, corporate partners and business associates.
- Generate business through cold calling, email outreach, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, references and direct approaches.
- Work on assigned leads as well as independently generate new leads through market research and prospecting.
- Present and pitch exhibition stalls, sponsorship packages, branding opportunities and partnership proposals to prospective clients.




- Conduct face-to-face meetings and client visits to understand business requirements and present suitable opportunities.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with decision-makers, business owners, marketing heads and senior management.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and move them through the sales pipeline towards closure.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals within approved pricing and packages.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, proposals and conversions.
- Coordinate with the event, marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client commitments.
- Achieve monthly and event-wise sales and revenue targets.
- Travel locally and, when required, to other cities for client meetings, business development and event promotion.
