KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

Accounts & Finance
• End-to-end accounting up to finalization
• Handling statutory & internal auditor queries
• Banking operations and financial coordination
• GST & TDS compliance
• Working knowledge of Tally & ERP

Financial Management & Strategy
• Financial planning, analysis and management
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial strategy




• Monitoring financial performance and variances

SEBI / Companies Act / LODR Compliance
• Compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations
• Knowledge of ICDR, PIT, Takeover Code & RPT
• Finalization of quarterly results and annual reports
• Consolidated financial statements as per Ind-AS
• Presenting financial results and explaining variances to Board / Audit Committee / AGM

PREFERRED CANDIDATE
Candidates with robust experience in Accounts, Finance, Listed Company Compliance and Corporate Reporting will be preferred.
