The role will be responsible for designing and implementing learning solutions, leveraging up-to-date learning technologies, and creating engaging learning experiences that support organizational capability development.

Content Creation Tools
→ Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, digital learning assets.

Platform Management




→ LMS/LXP, pathways, certifications, campaigns, engagement.

Learning Analytics
→ Assessments, surveys, dashboards, effectiveness reports.

AI‑Driven Innovation
→ Instructional design, content creation, media development.

Stakeholder Collaboration
→ Partner with leaders, SMEs, vendors for solutions.

Employer Branding
→ Learning communications, LinkedIn presence, visibility.

Secondary job function:
