* Generate and handle enquiries for overseas job opportunities.

* Counsel candidates regarding international recruitment processes.

* Convert enquiries into successful placements through effective sales techniques.

* Follow up with prospective candidates by phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.

* Maintain excellent relationships with candidates and clients.

* Coordinate with the documentation and operations teams.

* Achieve monthly admission and placement targets.

* Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel and submit daily reports.

* Promote company services through social media and other marketing channels.

Eligibility

* Minimum *1-3 years of sales experience* (experience in overseas recruitment, consultancy, HR, education, banking, insurance, or service sales is preferred).





* Freshers with exceptional communication and sales skills may also apply.

Required Skills

* Excellent communication skills in *English and Malayalam*.

* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

* Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

* Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
