Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next (MCN) & Data Cloud Architect
to lead the technical design, data modeling, and implementation of our next-generation marketing automation platform.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between real-time operational data systems, customer identity, and cross-channel engagement. You will architect end-to-end data pipelines using
Salesforce Data Cloud
, design event-driven journey flows natively on
Salesforce Core (Flow Engine)
, and leverage
Agentforce AI
to deliver personalized, real-time passenger and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Design:
- End-to-end solutions natively within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next (MCN) and Salesforce Core.
- Design real-time, cross-channel journeys using
Salesforce Flow
and
Agentforce AI
, replacing legacy Journey Builder/AMPscript paradigms with contemporary native automation.
- Data Cloud Modeling & Data Engineering:
- Define data ingestion strategies to connect real-time streaming sources (APIs, Webhooks, Kafka)



and batch sources (S3, Snowflake) into
Data Lake Objects (DLOs)
.
- Map DLOs to standard and custom
Data Model Objects (DMOs)
across Profile, Engagement, and Entity categories.
- Design and configure
Identity Resolution Rulesets
to unify cross-channel data into single passenger/customer profiles.
- Integration & Event Orchestration:
- Partner with enterprise data teams to establish low-latency data flows between core operational systems (e.g., AODB, E-Commerce, Wi-Fi portals, POS) and Data Cloud.
- Implement event-driven activation streams and real-time signals to trigger automated marketing and operational messages.
- Governance, Compliance & Performance:
- Implement consent management frameworks and data privacy safeguards compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and regional regulations.
- Establish data hygiene, identity deduplication standards, and optimization strategies for Data Cloud processing units.
