Position summary

Manager, Creative Direction

We are seeking a seasoned Manager to shape and oversee the creation of marketing assets and design collateral across print and digital platforms. In this leadership role, you will define and drive the creative direction for design projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and brand identity. You’ll mentor, manage, and lead a team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing setting that encourages creative problem-solving and continuous learning.

You’ll partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive visual communication strategies. Managing resource allocation, budgets, and workflows, you’ll maximize team efficiency and output. You will evaluate and adopt emerging design technologies, mediums, and methodologies, keeping the team at the forefront of industry trends. Applying advanced Generative AI tools, you’ll elevate the quality, efficiency, and innovation of complex design projects.





As the representative of the design function in strategic planning meetings, you’ll set quality standards and present creative solutions to senior leaders and account teams.
