Role Description
The Social Media Manager role at Lounge Dreams is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include managing posting calendars, writing captions, coordinating visual assets, monitoring comments and messages, and optimizing posts for reach and performance. The Social Media Manager will analyze campaign results, report on key metrics,



and refine strategies in collaboration with marketing and design teams. The role also involves staying current with social media trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage platforms and grow audience reach.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for engaging with audiences and collaborating with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan campaigns, posting calendars, and platform-specific content approaches.
- Candidates should possess Writing skills for creating engaging captions, posts, and short-form content aligned with the brand voice.
- Relevant experience managing brand social media accounts, preferably in fashion, apparel, or consumer lifestyle sectors.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tool
