Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Appian Developer to join our Appian practice on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, configuring, and supporting Appian applications, with a robust understanding of business process automation and low-code application development.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Appian platform.
- Build and configure Appian objects such as Process Models, Records, Interfaces, Reports, Sites, and Integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Appian development best practices.




- Participate in testing, deployment, and release management activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

Required Skills
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Appian development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Appian SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, Interfaces, and Expression Rules.
- Experience in Appian integrations using REST APIs, Web Services, and databases.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Understanding of Appian security, groups, and role-based access controls.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Appian Associate Developer Certification or above
- Experience in BFSI, Insurance, or Financial Services domains.
- Exposure to Appian deployment and performance optimization.
