Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide legal advice on banking and finance matters to clients, including project financing, infrastructure finance, and corporate transactions.
- Draft and review contracts related to loan agreements, security documents, and other financial instruments.
- Conduct due diligence reviews of potential investments or acquisitions in the power industry.
- Represent clients in negotiations with lenders, investors, or other stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience as a lawyer specializing in banking law or finance.
- Robust understanding of corporate law, project finance, and infrastructure finance principles.
- Experience working with renewable energy projects such as solar or wind farms is an asset.
