About the role





Strategic Program Management
- Own and drive strategic space technology programs sponsored by the Founder and CEO.
- Translate high-level business and mission objectives across
Space Situational Awareness (SSA), Space Domain Awareness (SDA), space-based sensors, satellite systems, and data platforms
into structured execution roadmaps.
- Define program milestones, dependencies, deliverables, KPIs, and success metrics across engineering, product, and business teams.
- Establish execution cadences, governance mechanisms, and program dashboards for critical initiatives.
- Track end-to-end progress across technology development, productization, deployment, and operations.
- Identify technical, operational, commercial, and execution risks and drive timely mitigation.
