We are looking for an experienced and business-focused Lead Product Owner to drive product vision, requirements, backlog management, and successful delivery of enterprise applications.

Must-Have Skills
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager / Senior Business Analyst / Functional Consultant
- Strong Product Ownership & Product Backlog Management
- Product Vision, Roadmap & Release Planning
- Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis
- Strong experience in Epics, Features, User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
- Agile / Scrum & SDLC experience




- Strong Stakeholder & Customer Management
- Experience working with Engineering, QA, BA, PM and cross-functional teams
- UAT, Business Validation & Sign-off experience
- Jira / Confluence or similar Agile tools
- Understanding of Enterprise Applications & System Integrations
- Exposure to ERP, WMS, Supply Chain, Finance or Procurement applications
- Understanding of .NET, SQL Server, APIs and enterprise application architecture
- Robust communication, facilitation, analytical and problem-solving skills
