Job Description: -

Visual Communication Design Collaterals
- Understand project briefs, develop creative concepts and execute to the

final delivery across a range of marketing collaterals that adhere to brand

guidelines.(print + digital - Advertisement, brochure, catalogue, emailers,

ppt, social media visuals, events, exhibition, catalogue, etc.)
- Leverage pre-press or technical knowledge to ensure the final delivery

for execution.
- Independently perform low to medium complexity creative tasks that are

cohesive, easy, intuitive and customer-centric, while following the brand

guidelines.




- Extend the brand identity guidelines to various touchpoints by creating

templates, assets and references.
- Work closely with diverse teams and agencies to guide, supervise, create and

maintain high standards of creative designs across different touchpoints.

ImageBank
- Assist L+1 in creating a bank of images across the various product lines

(B2B and B2C), usage scenarios (Traditional media, E-Comm, social media,

Performance marketing)
- Assist in executing lifestyle photoshoots - (mood boarding, set design,

styling)
- Guide and direct the agencies to create 3D renders. AI keeping in mind scale,

cost, and consistent quality. This includes limbos, ambients and lifestyle

images.

Ecomm
- Ecommerce Create visual content at scale in line with the guidelines for

Ecommerce CLP, PLP, PDP, campaign landing pages, A+ content etc. Work

with the Ecomm team on the crops, selection and layout of these images.
