I'm looking for a marketing generalist to join our in-house team in Powai, Mumbai.

This role is for someone who enjoys making things. Someone who likes solving problems, learning quickly, and working across different areas of marketing instead of specializing in just one.

What matters most

I'm less interested in where you've worked and more interested in how you work.

These three qualities matter the most:
- You believe in hustle. Not the burnout kind, but the kind where you genuinely enjoy doing great work and pushing beyond "valuable enough."
- You naturally overdeliver. If the brief asks for one option, your instinct is to explore three. You take pride in the quality of your work.
- You work well with ownership. You don't need constant follow-ups or micromanagement. You can take responsibility for a problem and drive it forward.

Skills we're looking for

You don't need to be an expert in everything, but you should be reasonably strong (around 7/10 or above) in most of these:
- Graphic design
- Video editing
- Copywriting
- Presentation design




- Understanding of social media platforms and content
- Being comfortable with technology and AI tools

Marketing strategy is something I can teach.

Taste, curiosity, and execution are much harder to teach.

What you'll work on

You'll work across almost everything we do, including:
- YouTube content and original content IPs
- Podcasts
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn and Instagram personal branding
- Social media marketing
- Events
- Landing pages
- Copywriting
- Creative strategy

Some weeks you'll be editing videos. Other weeks you'll be designing ad creatives, writing copy, helping produce a podcast, or planning a campaign.

We don't believe great marketers are built by repeating the same task for six months.

What you'll get

You'll be part of a small in-house team, which means you'll have far more context than most marketing roles.
