Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to handle accurate and timely data entry, documentation, shipment updates, and coordination related to Air Cargo / Courier Operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update air shipment details accurately in the system.
- Perform LR / AWB data entry and maintain shipment records.
- Prepare and verify shipment-related documents.
- Update shipment status, pickup, transit, and delivery details.
- Coordinate with operations teams for missing or incorrect shipment information.
- Verify customer, consignee, weight, dimensions, and other shipment details.
- Maintain proper records of Air Cargo shipments and documentation.
- Follow up for pending documents and shipment information.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports as required.
- Handle data correction and ensure accuracy of system entries.
- Coordinate with clients, airlines, vendors, and internal teams when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer and shipment data.

Required Skills
- Good typing speed and high data-entry accuracy.




- Basic knowledge of Air Cargo / Courier / Logistics operations.
- Knowledge of AWB, LR, shipment tracking, and documentation will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple entries.
- Good follow-up skills.
- Ability to identify and correct data-entry errors.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in Air Cargo, Courier, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Transportation will be preferred.
- Freshers with positive computer and typing skills can also be considered.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
