RSA (Resident Solution Architect)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Resident Solution Architect (RSA) with solid expertise in Databricks, Data Engineering, Apache Spark, and Cloud Platforms to lead enterprise data engineering and modernization projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data solutions using Databricks Lakehouse.
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise data platforms.
- Develop and optimize Apache Spark data pipelines.
- Provide technical guidance to customers and engineering teams.
- Drive cloud-based data solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Implement CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Support performance tuning, scalability, and MLOps initiatives.

Must-Have Requirements




- 10+ years of overall consulting experience.
- 7+ years in Data Engineering/Data Platforms.
- Databricks Data Engineering Professional Certification – Mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with 6–8+ Databricks implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in Apache Spark and distributed computing.
- Strong knowledge of Databricks platform and Lakehouse architecture.
- Experience with at least 2 cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, performance optimization, and scalability.
- Good stakeholder management and customer-facing experience.

Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per month
