Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced DGM/General Manager – E&I; Design & Engineering to lead Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I;) / Control & Instrumentation (C&I;) engineering for large-scale EPC projects across Power, Nuclear, Thermal, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead E&I;/C&I; engineering from basic and detailed engineering through execution and commissioning.
- Review Electrical, Instrumentation, DCS, PLC, and SCADA engineering deliverables.
- Prepare and review design basis, technical specifications, engineering calculations, and datasheets.
- Coordinate with Civil, Mechanical, Process, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams.
- Support tendering, BOQ preparation, RFQs, technical bid evaluations, and vendor approvals.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, international standards, QA/QC, and HSE guidelines.




- Resolve technical issues, manage design changes, and drive value engineering initiatives.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams while managing project schedules and client coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- 18–25+ years of experience in E&I;/C&I; Design & Engineering within EPC organizations.
- Hands-on experience in DCS, PLC, SCADA, Electrical Systems, Instrumentation, and multidisciplinary engineering coordination.
- Exposure to Thermal, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Industrial EPC, Renewable Energy, Railway, or large MEP projects is preferred.
