- Manage and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Follow up with customers regarding leads, enquiries, orders, and pending requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams.
- Support customer retention and engagement activities.
- Prepare CRM reports, customer analysis, and performance reports.
- Track leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Assist in planning and executing email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other customer engagement campaigns.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of all customer interactions in the CRM.
- Meet assigned customer service, retention, and conversion targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
