Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Client Billing: Prepare and manage billing for the client, ensuring accurate documentation of work completed and associated costs.
2. Subcontractor Billing: Handle billing for subcontractors involved in the project, ensuring that their work is accurately accounted for.
3. Budget of Project: Assist in creating and managing the project budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control.
4. Preparation of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule): Create BBS to specify the quantities of steel reinforcement required for the construction project.

Required Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:

1. Education:



B.Tech/BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2. Experience: A minimum of 3-8 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Billing for residential/commercial projects within a contracting firm.
3. Skills: Proficient in quantity surveying, BBS preparation, and rate analysis. Positive communication skills and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Knowledge of an ERP system would be advantageous.
4. Personality: Smart and active personality to effectively interact with clients and handle QS/Billing responsibilities at the construction site.
