Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Receptionist role located in Ahmednagar. The Front Desk Receptionist will greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and serve as the first point of contact for clients and vendors. Daily responsibilities include handling reception desk operations, maintaining visitor logs, coordinating appointments, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.



The role also involves performing basic clerical tasks such as managing correspondence, organizing documents, and supporting office administration. The receptionist will help ensure a welcoming, professional environment that aligns with the brand’s luxury image.

Qualifications

Strong Phone Etiquette and professional handling of incoming and outgoing calls.

Experience with Receptionist Duties, including greeting visitors and managing a front desk.

Solid Clerical Skills for organizing files, handling correspondence, and supporting office operations.

Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact courteously with clients and team members.
